Where we deliver All emirates in the UAE. We do not ship outside the UAE. Delivery cost None. Delivery is included in the price you see at checkout, so you pay no separate shipping fee. Processing and delivery time • We prepare your order once payment is confirmed. • Delivery takes 3-7 business days from the order date. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. • Large or bulk orders, and items that are out of stock, can take longer. We will contact you if your delivery will be later than expected. Tracking When your order ships, we send you tracking details by email, where the courier provides them. Delivery details Please give a complete address and a working mobile number, because couriers usually call before delivery. If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may come back to us. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery, and extra delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to you. Split shipments Items in one order may arrive in separate deliveries. Damaged, missing or late orders Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, or has not arrived within the delivery time, email dutees@yellowft.com with your order number.
